Don’t forget to remind your customers to re-order
A great way to increase profit is by keeping your clients or customers coming back. To make that happen you need to ensure that you are keeping in regular contact with them so you can ask if they need to reorder or have a follow up to the usual service you provide and to also renew the value of your product or services. Sometimes, it becomes necessary to resell your product or service, and remind them why they came to you in the first place. You can do that in many different ways, whether you send an email or newsletter or give them a quick courtesy call. Remember that reminding existing customers or clients to reorder or rebook is much more profitable than attempting to find new clients or customers since there is no acquisition cost involved.
Keeping your business top of mind by reminding clients not just of who you are but why they bought from you initially will help them to buy more and to refer business to you.
