Harley
Harley is our Catering Director, being able to smell the tiniest morsel from fifty paces and is a regular ‘friend' around the office at lunch time. He also serves as our Stress Management Trainer knowing usually just the right time to jump in our laps for cuddles that he knows we need. He also thinks he is the CEO of the pack and hasn't quite worked out that he is about 25 kg lighter than Max and about a sixth of his size.

Max
Max is our Director of Security. Max is a four year old personal protection trained German Shepherd (thanks to Martin Dominick from K9Centre.com). Max specialises in looking after the office, its contents and all who come and go. He also has a knack of finding all of the sunny spots at any time of the day to curl up and have a sleep in. Max is also the current title holder in the Red Monkey Coaching Tug of War Championship. His favourite pastime is trying to sneak into the office and lie under our desks. Fortunately he thinks that closing his eyes will make him invisible so that nobody can see him.

Charlie
Charlie fulfils the role of Mascot and Client Relations Manager at Red Monkey Coaching. He was Mark's first plush toy as a child and is the inspiration behind our name and the design of our logo. Charlie has been a favourite with nieces, nephew's and Mark's own children for many years. He hopes that our clients will take a similar likeing to him also. Charlie is quite the jetsetter and often travels with Mark to visit our clients interstate. There's no doubt that you'll be seeing a lot more of Charlie on our website in the coming months.
