We don’t refer to these sessions as time management workshops. The reality is that these skills are more about self management rather than managing time. We all only have 24 hours in a day so it is what we do with that time which makes the difference. This session is designed to deal with day to day time management issues in your workplace. Our preparation for this course includes a review of your current time management systems, internal task management processes, meeting agendas and communication processes in your organisation. As a result we are able to tailor the program to specifically address issues occurring in your business on a daily basis.

CLIENT SERVICE - HOW TO DELIVER PHENOMENAL SERVICE & WHY I’TS ALL ABOUT THE “LITTLE THINGS.”
This program was designed specifically for professional service teams and centers on developing a mindset for phenomenal client service delivery. We focus on SERVICE not sales which is why many traditional sales training programs fail to yield long term results. Being in sales or service are relatively simple skills to learn. However developing a personal brand that delivers results is an entirely different skill set and one which this program aims to develop.
